PARKER B. CONDIE, JR. NAMED EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

ST. LOUIS — November 15, 2002 — Parker B. Condie, Jr. has been promoted to the position of executive vice president of Coin Acceptors, Inc. (Coinco). He was formerly vice president of strategic marketing. In his new position he will have a greatly expanded role in the upper management of Coinco. The executives in charge of engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and quality, and the Specialty Markets Division will all report to him.

A three-year veteran of Coinco, Condie spent eight years with Mallinckrodt where he held several management positions in business development, marketing and strategic planning.

He has an MBA from the Wharton School/University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Founded in 1958, Coinco is a privately owned manufacturer of coin acceptors, coin changers, bill acceptors, control systems and other component parts for the vending industry.
