KEVIN WARD NAMED VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

ST. LOUIS — November 15, 2002 — Kevin Ward has been named vice president of marketing of Coin Acceptors, Inc. (Coinco). He was formerly regional vice president for the North region.

Ward has held numerous positions at Coinco during his nine-year career, including assistant vice president of engineering and regional vice president of sales.

Founded in 1958, Coinco is a privately owned manufacturer of coin acceptors, coin changers, bill acceptors, control systems and other component parts for the vending industry.
